Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, country, and the content of your enquiry when you contact us; and, when you apply for a job or internship, your CV, qualifications, work history and any other details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages requested, for security and to keep the site working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website (see our Cookie Policy).
Client and project information: where you engage our services, we process business contact details and project information under the terms of our agreement and any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement in place.
How our forms work
The contact and careers forms on this website do not store your data on our web servers. When you submit a form, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to the relevant Guires team (for example careers@guires.com or info@guires.com). Your information reaches us only when you choose to send that email.
How we use personal data

Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Internship applications from students are accepted only from applicants of legal age or with appropriate consent.
