The conference was an eye-opener. It highlighted the many technology networks available in the city and helped Ganesan explore how Guires could identify, attract and retain the talent that will drive our success story in the UK.
Held over a single day, the conference was divided into several workshops that brought together business leaders from diverse sectors. It was an opportunity to meet and network with like-minded professionals, with in-depth discussions on identifying and retaining the right talent.
There were many takeaways. Ganesan not only built his business network but also gained a clear view of Manchester's technology landscape, in terms of both people and business opportunities.
