Every year brings the Guires Group closer to its long-term ambition of becoming a Fortune 500 company, and this year was no exception. Our 11th annual Guires Day was a celebration filled with happiness and gratitude: another great year completed, a significant niche carved out in the market, and new milestones ahead.
The celebrations began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, inaugurated by social activist Ms Surekha. We were honoured to be joined by Ms Rajeswari, EVP and Group Managing Director, whose presence, together with Ms Surekha's, added warmth and inspiration to the occasion. Their words of encouragement set the tone for the evening and were deeply appreciated by the entire Guires family.
Our chief guests, CEO and COO delivered inspiring speeches that motivated everyone in the room. Every member of the Guires family pledged not only to keep up this momentum but to set new industry standards. We are convinced that we can achieve anything when we work together: believing in ourselves and our partners, rallying behind one another, and channelling our talent and energy in the right direction.

The highlight of the evening was the awards ceremony, where hard-working colleagues were recognised with Service Excellence Awards, trophies and certificates for their dedication and long service.
Then the fun began. Dance performances, music and team activities turned the evening into a true gala, followed by a group photo that captured the spirit of one Guires family.
Since our inception, we have kept growing: our people, our achievements, the regions we serve, and the enthusiasm and commitment we bring to our work. Our optimism has always been reflected in our pace of growth, and we look forward to yet another prolific year at Guires.
