At Guires, we deeply value the role of women in society, in our organisation and in our lives. That respect is upheld throughout the year through fair opportunities, trust and everyday actions, and we also take dedicated moments to celebrate, appreciate and honour the women who make Guires what it is.
On 7 March 2026, ahead of International Women's Day, the organisation came together, united for women, to recognise their contribution both to society and to Guires. Women colleagues from across our research, laboratory, publishing and operations teams were felicitated, and their achievements recognised and applauded.
The celebration was led by our CEO, Dr Radhika Ganesan, who made time in her schedule to be part of the occasion. She spoke warmly with women colleagues, shared her thoughts and experiences, thanked them for their dedication and encouraged each of them to pursue their full potential with confidence.
Respect for women at Guires is not a single day's gesture; it is upheld in how we work, lead and grow together every day of the year.
The women of Guires bring scientific rigour, integrity and care to every project we deliver for clients around the world. Many lead teams, mentor new talent and represent Guires with partners and institutions, and their passion is central to the trust our clients place in us.
As a token of gratitude, every woman colleague received a gift, a small expression of the organisation's appreciation for her efforts. The celebration concluded on a delightful note with a cake-cutting ceremony, leaving behind a sense of joy, appreciation and harmony.
